Boysenberry Wine Recipe

  1. Combine juice, water, and sugar, let stand 3 days in a cold place Skim well.
  2. Let stand to ferment 6 days longer.
  3. Remove froth and add in brandy.
  4. Close tightly.
  5. In 2 days, draw off sediments.
  6. Bottle tightly and seal.
  7. Wine improves with age...
  8. NOTES : May use scuppernongs.
