Boysenberry Wine Recipe
- 2 quart Berry juice
- 1 1/3 pt Water
- 3 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. French brandy
- Combine juice, water, and sugar, let stand 3 days in a cold place Skim well.
- Let stand to ferment 6 days longer.
- Remove froth and add in brandy.
- Close tightly.
- In 2 days, draw off sediments.
- Bottle tightly and seal.
- Wine improves with age...
- NOTES : May use scuppernongs.
