Southwestern Chicken Stew(3 Ww Points)

  1. Spray your crock pot with cooking spray.
  2. Thaw corn by running it under hot water in a colander.
  3. Dump pinto beans, chicken, and corn into pot.
  4. Add chicken broth, and salsa.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Stir in chili powder and parsley flakes.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  8. 3 points=1 cup servings.
