Ambrosia With Berries Smoothie Recipe
- 2 x ripe bananas, peeled cut into 1-inch pcs, then frzn
- 2 x ripe bananas, peeled cut into 1-inch pcs, room temperature
- 1 3/4 c. soy lowfat milk
- 20 x fresh blueberries, Or possibly about
- 10 x fresh strawberries, (alternative) Or possibly a combination of the two
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla frzn yogurt honey, fructose, or possibly sugar, to taste
- In a blender, combine the bananas, lowfat milk, berries, and yogurt.
- Puree till the mix has the consistency of a lowfat milk shake, being careful not to overprocess.
- Taste and adjust for desired sweetness.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
