Blueberry Muffin Cake Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. Sifted flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Margerine (one stick)
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Blueberries, floured
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt together.
- Cream the margerin with sugar till very fluffy, add in Large eggs and beat well.
- Add in flour mix to creamed mix alternately with the lowfat milk.
- Beat EXTREMELY well.
- the longer you beat it the better it will be.
- mix in vanilla, and floured berries.
- Pour batter into well greased 8 inch square pan.
- Sprinle with granulated sugar.
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 min.
