Sun-dried Tomato Pesto and Mozzarella Sandwich

• 2 slices Crusty Bread
• 3 slices Mozzarella
• 4 leaves Fresh Basil
• 1/2 cups Sun Dried Tomato Pesto

1. Slather pesto on crusty bread.
2. Layer mozzarella cheese and fresh basil leaves.
3. Carefully toast on both sides.
