Ann's Carrot Cake Recipe

  1. Cake: Mix dry ingredients, then add in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Bake in a greased floured 9x13" pan at 350 F for 35 min.
  3. Frosting: Whip margarine, cream cheese and vanilla together; blend in powdered sugar.
  4. Stir in pecan pcs.
