Homemade Burgers

  1. Place the meat, puree, garlic, onion, bread crumbs, spinach, basil all together in a bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Gradually add the egg until the mixture becomes a firm combined mixture.
  4. Shape into burgers, place them on and cover with greaseproof paper, storing in the fridge to rest for a couple of hours, overnight better.
  5. Cook when ready, or if meat was fresh you could freeze them.
