Glen's Flank Steak Paprika Recipe

  1. Mix warm paprika with sugar.
  2. Brown in butter and extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Place in onions, salt, pepper, paprika, flour and stir.
  4. Pour in broth and fold in tomato paste; simmer, covered till meat is tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
  5. Blend in lowfat sour cream.
  6. Adjust seasonings.
  7. Serve with wide noodles.
