Breakfast Pies
- 2 sheets puff pastry, each cut into 4 even squares
- 150g sliced ham, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Press pastry squares into 8 x 1 cup capacity greased Texas muffin tins.
- Combine ham, tomatoes and chives, then divide evenly between pastry squares.
- Whisk together Philly*, eggs, cream and seasoning.
- Pour over ham filling and sprinkle each with grated Parmesan.
- Bake at 200C fan-forced for 12-15 minutes until pies are golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm.
