Breakfast Pies

  1. Press pastry squares into 8 x 1 cup capacity greased Texas muffin tins.
  2. Combine ham, tomatoes and chives, then divide evenly between pastry squares.
  3. Whisk together Philly*, eggs, cream and seasoning.
  4. Pour over ham filling and sprinkle each with grated Parmesan.
  5. Bake at 200C fan-forced for 12-15 minutes until pies are golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm.
