Creamed Shrimp And Artichoke Bottoms Recipe

  1. Heat butter and stir in flour.
  2. Gradually add in lowfat milk and cream.
  3. When smooth, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add in vermouth to cream sauce and also add in Worcestershire.
  5. Combine with shrimp and artichoke bottoms.
  6. Heat through.
  7. Pour into chafing dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with toast rounds.
  8. Serves 50.
