Beef Tenderloin Salad Recipe

  1. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steaks with

  4. Add in to skillet and cook to desired doneness, about 5 min per side for medium-rare.
  5. Transfer steaks to platter.
  6. Let stand till cold, about 15 min.
  7. Cover and chill till well chilled.
  8. For dressing:Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl to blend.
  9. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. For salad:Cook green beans in large saucepan of boiling salted water till just crisp-tender.
  11. Drain.
  12. Refresh under cool water.
  13. Drain well.
  14. Pat dry.
  15. Combine green beans and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  16. Cut steaks diagonally into thin slices.
  17. Add in to salad.
  18. Add in dressing and toss to coat; serve.
  19. Serves 6.
