Venison Goulash

  1. Put the oil in a deep skillet then add the green pepper, red pepper, onion, and garlic.
  2. Let cook a couple minutes then add the venison.
  3. In a large pot get some water boiling.
  4. Add some salt to your water to season it.
  5. Add the noodles and cook until done.
  6. Drain well.
  7. Once the meat and veggies are cooked well add your seasonings, then all the tomato products and sugar.
  8. Mix well and taste to see what it may need more of.
  9. Add the sauce to the noodles and mix well, tasting again to make sure everything is on point.
  10. Add parmesan cheese if you like it and eat up.
