Swiss Steak
- 2 lbs round steaks
- 1 head celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 6 ounces water
- 1 cup parsley
- 4 bay leaves
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- Flour and brown round steak (keep the drippings).
- Remove steak and set aside.
- Add celery, onions and bell pepper and brown in fat.
- Add parsley, bay leaves, garlic, tomato sauce and water, stir well.
- Add meat.
- Pressure cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve on a bed of rice.
