Chicken Corn Chowder Casserole Recipe

• 1 lg. can chunky chicken corn chowder soup
• 1 big bag frzn kernel corn
• 1 can sliced potatoes
• Optional - cheese chunks & French fried onions
• Add in minced chives to casserole for added color

1. Mix together in microwavable bowl or possibly casserole dish soup, corn (thawed and strained) and potatoes (liquid removed).
2. Add in cheese chunks (optional) and lots of pepper.
3. Cook till bubbly.
4. Also optional: French fried onions - spread on top of casserole before cooking.
