Balsamic-Mustard Chicken
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cook vinegar in small saucepan on medium-high heat 10 min.
- or until reduced by half.
- Stir in mustard.
- Place chicken in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan; brush generously with the vinegar mixture.
- Bake 12 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F), turning after 6 min.
