Forest Fruit Sorbet

  1. Heat water and sugar in a medium saucepan on medium-high heat, stir ocassionaly (about 3min)
  2. Let cool down to room temperature
  3. Mix your fruit and lime juice in a blender until smooth
  4. Add the cooled down syrup
  5. Pour in a freezer safe plastic container and put in the freezer
  6. Stir the mixture every 1-2h to make sure it stays as you want it to be
