Forest Fruit Sorbet
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 3 cup Forest Fruits (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, ...)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- Heat water and sugar in a medium saucepan on medium-high heat, stir ocassionaly (about 3min)
- Let cool down to room temperature
- Mix your fruit and lime juice in a blender until smooth
- Add the cooled down syrup
- Pour in a freezer safe plastic container and put in the freezer
- Stir the mixture every 1-2h to make sure it stays as you want it to be
sugar, water, forest fruits, lemon juice
