Magic Pan Restaurant Spinach Salad Recipe
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. tarragon wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry tarragon leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon salt or possibly to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Dressing: Combine all ingredients except oil.
- Slowly whisk in oil.
- To make Sweet & Sour Dressing, add in 2 more tsp.
- of sugar.
- Salad: Wash and dry spinach leaves.
- Sprinkle mushrooms, minced cooked bacon and minced hard boiled Large eggs over spinach.
- Toss with dressing.
