Spaghetti Pie

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Toss spaghetti with egg whites.
  3. Place in 9-inch pie plate; press onto bottom and up side of pie plate to form crust.
  4. Mix spinach and Neufchatel until blended; spoon into spaghetti crust.
  5. Mix meat, pasta sauce and garlic; spoon over spinach mixture, spreading to edge of pie plate.
  6. Bake 30 min.
  7. or until heated through.
  8. Top with mozzarella; bake 5 min.
  9. or until melted.
  10. Let stand 5 min.
  11. before cutting into wedges to serve.
