Easy Parmesan Chicken Wraps
- For the Chicken
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
- 1 lb. chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- For the Wraps
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
- 1 cup torn romaine lettuce
- Heat oven to 400F.
- For the Chicken: Add cheese to coating mix in shaker bag.
- Moisten chicken with water; gently shake off excess.
- Add 2 or 3 chicken tenders to bag; shake until evenly coated.
- Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Repeat with remaining chicken.
- Discard shaker bag and any remaining coating mixture.
- Bake 12 to 14 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- For the Wraps: Mix dressing and barbecue sauce.
- Top tortillas with chicken, lettuce and dressing mixture; roll up.
