Candied Pecan Baked Brie
- 1 whole Sheet Of Puff Pastry
- 1 wheel (8 Oz. Size) Brie Cheese
- 1/2 cups Candied Pecans
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F then make sure your puff pastry is defrosted.
- Flour a flat surface and a rolling pin and lay out your puff pastry on top.
- Flatten out the pastry and also stretch out the edges with the pin.
- Unwrap your brie cheese and slice off the top part of it, exposing some cheese.
- Place it in the middle of the pastry sheet and top it with the pecans and brown sugar.
- Then grab the edges of the sheet and hold it together in the middle and tie it with kitchen twine.
- Then brush some beaten egg all over the pastry and place it on top of a nonstick baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and then once it is done, take it out and serve immediately.
