Candied Pecan Baked Brie

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F then make sure your puff pastry is defrosted.
  2. Flour a flat surface and a rolling pin and lay out your puff pastry on top.
  3. Flatten out the pastry and also stretch out the edges with the pin.
  4. Unwrap your brie cheese and slice off the top part of it, exposing some cheese.
  5. Place it in the middle of the pastry sheet and top it with the pecans and brown sugar.
  6. Then grab the edges of the sheet and hold it together in the middle and tie it with kitchen twine.
  7. Then brush some beaten egg all over the pastry and place it on top of a nonstick baking dish.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and then once it is done, take it out and serve immediately.
