Mini Cheeseburgers with Chipotle Mayo
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 7-1/2 oz. Mexican chorizo
- 6 KRAFT Singles, cut in half Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hawaiian dinner rolls, cut horizontally in half
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix ground beef and chorizo; shape into 12 (3-inch) patties.
- Grill 4 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F), topping with Singles for the last minute.
- Meanwhile, mix mayo and peppers.
- Fill rolls with burgers and mayo mixture.
