Mini Cheeseburgers with Chipotle Mayo

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix ground beef and chorizo; shape into 12 (3-inch) patties.
  3. Grill 4 min.
  4. on each side or until done (160 degrees F), topping with Singles for the last minute.
  5. Meanwhile, mix mayo and peppers.
  6. Fill rolls with burgers and mayo mixture.
