Grapes With Butterscotch Sauce
- 34 cup heavy cream
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups tart seedless grapes
- 2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
- Bring cream, salt and sugar to a boil and boil 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and vanilla.
- Place grapes into four serving dishes.
- Pour over sauce and sprinkle with almonds.
