Apple Raisin Loaves Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans, 9x5x3 inches.
  3. Beat Large eggs, oil, apples, sugar and vanilla on low speed, scrapping bowl occasionally, 1 minute.
  4. Add in flour, baking soda, baking pwdr, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
  5. Beat on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally, till moistened, about 15 seconds.
  6. Beat on medium speed 45 seconds.
  7. Stir in nuts and raisins.
  8. Spread in pans.
  9. Bake till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 min.
  10. Cold 10 min; remove from pans.
  11. Cold completely before slicing.
  12. Chill leftover bread.
