Mexican Tortilla Lasagna Recipe

  1. Quarter tortillas.
  2. Fry in warm oil till lightly crisp.
  3. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Brown meat, add in salsa and tomato sauce.
  5. Simmer 5 min.
  6. In bowl mix cottage cheese, egg and salt.
  7. In 9 x 13 pan, layer 1/3 meat, 1/2 Monterey Jack, 1/2 cottage cheese mix, 1/2 tortillas.
  8. Repeat, end with meat on top.
  9. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
