Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato Pasta
- 2 lb. fully ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 lb. pasta, cooked, drained
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) POLLY-O Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (27 balls), drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Mix tomatoes, salad dressing mix, oil and vinegar in large bowl until well blended.
- Add pasta, mozzarella and basil; toss to mix well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve at room temperature or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
