Melon Soup

  1. Cut melons, remove seeds, and scoop out flesh; set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat oil.
  3. Cook peppers about 4 minutes.
  4. Add wine and boil.
  5. In a large bowl, mix melons with hot wine and peppers.
  6. Add other ingredients.
  7. Puree in blender.
  8. Chill before serving.
