Sesame Pork With Broccoli Recipe

  1. In a small mixing bowl combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and green onions; blend well.
  2. Cut pork into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add in pork and garlic and stir- fry for 3-4 min or possibly till pork is tender.
  5. Remove pork; set aside and keep hot.
  6. Add in broccoli and chicken broth mix to skillet and simmer for 5 min or possibly till mix thickens.
  7. Stir in pork and bell pepper and heat through, stirring constantly.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. Serves 6.
