Deluxe Chocolate Pie

  1. Pierce pie shell.
  2. Bake.
  3. Cool.
  4. Scald milk with coffee in it.
  5. Take off heat & dump in blender.
  6. Quickly add chocolate chips, salt, rum & eggs.
  7. Turn on high for about 2 minutes.
  8. Pour in shell.
  9. Refrigerate until set ( about 2 hours).
  10. Whip cream & top when ready to serve.
  11. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
