Syrian Beet Salad Recipe

  1. Drain beets.
  2. Measure juice and add in sufficient water to make 1 1/2 c.. Bring liquid to a boil; remove from heat.
  3. Add in jello, sugar, vinegar, and horseradish.
  4. Stir till sugar and jello are dissolved.
  5. Add in beets.
  6. Turn into a 1-qt mold.
  7. Refrigeratetill hard.
