COOL WHIP and Fruit Tortilla Cups

  1. MELT butter and brush both sides of flour tortillas.
  2. MIX sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle each tortilla side evenly with sugar mixture.
  4. GENTLY press tortillas into 6 custard cups to form cups.
  5. Microwave 3 cups at a time on HIGH for 45 seconds.
  6. Let cool five min, before removing from custard cups.
  7. Repeat for remaining cups.
  8. Set aside until needed.
  9. STIR rind from one medium orange into thawed whipped topping.
  10. FILL tortilla cups with whipped topping and assorted fresh fruit.
