Black Bean Dip Recipe
- 2 can Black Beans
- 1 can Minced Green Chilies
- 1 jar Salsa, (medium or possibly mild)
- 1 pkt (8-ounce.) Lowfat sour cream
- 12 ounce Mexican-type Cheese, grated Tortilla Chips
- Serves Many
- Drain and mash black beans, leaving some whole.
- Add in chilies, salsa, lowfat sour cream, and half the grated cheese.
- Blend well.
- Cover with remaining cheese and bake at 350-F degrees for about 30 min, or possibly till bubbly.
- Serve hot with plain Tortilla Chips.
