Moms Pork Tenderloin
- 1 whole (about 1 Lb. Size) Boneless Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 5 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Ginger, Minced
- Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag and marinate for at least 4 hours.
- Set indoor grill to medium-high heat.
- When ready, place pork on the grill and cook for approximately 15 minutes, flipping once halfway.
- Note: adjust measurements and cooking time based on how much meat youre cooking.
