Chocolate Sauce

  1. Bring whipping cream to simmer in small saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add chopped chocolate; stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Cool sauce until lukewarm.
  5. (Sauce can be prepared 1 day ahead.
  6. Cover and refrigerate.
  7. Rewarm over low heat until just lukewarm and pourable, stirring frequently.)
