Center Piece Cheese Mix

• 250 g cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
• 12 cup dill pickle
• 12 cup red onion
• bell pepper, chopped,as garnish (any colour)

1. Mix cheeses together in bowl,using mixer.
2. Add pickles and onion.
3. Shape into ring or ball.
4. Press peppers into cheese to help them stick.
5. Chill.
