Fennel and Green Olive Salad

  1. Remove outer leaves and stalks from fennel bulbs.
  2. Trim bases and cut into thin slices.
  3. Place in salad bowl with olives.
  4. Make dressing with the olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour over salad, toss lightly and serve.
