Egg Salad Super Sandwich
- 6 eggs
- 1 dash dill
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 pinch Tony Chacheres creole seasoning
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Red onion
- 1/2 cup pickles or relish. I prefer cutting my own sour dill pickles.
- 1 mayonnaise/mayonnaise substitute
- 1 tbsp spicy yellow mustard, grey pupon
- 1 grated parmesan cheese, to taste
- 4 slice sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch sprouts, clover, broccoli or bean whichever you prefer
- 1 bread
- Boil eggs then cold wash them and peel.
- Mash up peeled whole eggs and add
- Fold all ingredients together until desired chunkiness.
- Add
- Put slices of cheese on bread
- Put a dollop or two of egg salad mixture on top of the cheese, then add bunch of sprouts
- Eat it upp!
