Pineapple Pie II

  1. In a small bowl, mix sugar and flour.
  2. Stir in coconut.
  3. In a larger bowl, beat eggs lightly.
  4. Mix in pineapple, and then coconut mixture.
  5. Add melted butter, and mix well.
  6. Pour filling into deep dish pie crust.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 60 minutes.
