Spicy & Crispy Spaghetti & Tuna
- 4 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 (12 ounce) package tuna
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt
- pepper
- Boil spaghetti until fully cooked, drain, put back into same pan.
- Add olive oil and tuna and place pan on medium heat.
- Heat, while stirring frequently, until spaghetti has brown crispy edges.
- Remove from heat and add spices.
- Serve and eat.
