Cool Fruited Chicken Salad
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cup thin red onion slices, separated into rings
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn salad greens
- 1 cup cantaloupe chunks (1 inch)
- 2 kiwis, sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 24 woven wheat crackers
- Pour 1/4 cup dressing over chicken and onions in medium bowl; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Drain chicken mixture; discard dressing.
- Place greens on 4 serving plates; top with chicken mixture and fruit.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing.
- Serve with crackers.
