Barbecue Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain.
  3. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar with barbecue sauce; mix well.
  4. Add to beef/onion; mix well.
  5. Grease well 16 to 20 cup muffin pan.
  6. Mold each biscuit in muffin pan cup to create a cup.
  7. Fill with beef mixture, 3/4 full.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes, or until biscuits are lightly browned and cheese is melted.
