Scalloped Oysters Recipe

  1. Grease a glass casserole dish.
  2. Crumble a layer of saltines and Ritz crackers.
  3. Dot with butter.
  4. Put a layer of oysters.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. put another layer of saltine and Ritz crackers.
  7. Dot with butter.
  8. Put a layer of oysters.
  9. Dot with butter.
  10. Make a final layer of saltine and Ritz crackers.
  11. Dot with butter.
  12. Pour evaporated lowfat milk over all till the casserole is soaked.
  13. Bake at 350 degrees till browned.
