Curry Pasta Salad
- 500 grams pasta
- 1/2 onion, chopped as small as possible
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 250 ml Heinz tomato ketchup
- 100 ml cooking oil, not olive oil
- 125 ml white spirit vinegar
- 200 ml white sugar
- 10 ml curry powder, medium hot
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- Boil pasta and cool in cold water, then strain
- Mix together the remainder of the ingrediends
- Mix with pasta
- Leave in fridge over night.
- You have to leave it over night to get the flavour right.
