Creamy Corn Soup with Hot Dogs

• 2 cans (14.75 oz. each) cream-style corn
• 1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
• 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
• 1 small red bell pepper, chopped Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
• 3 OSCAR MAYER Wieners, chopped
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• saltine crackers

1. Blend corn, broth and ground red pepper in blender until smooth.
2. Cook bell peppers and wieners in large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min.
3. or until peppers are crisp-tender.
4. Add corn mixture; mix well.
5. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
6. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
7. Top with cheese.
8. Serve with crackers.
