Creamy Corn Soup with Hot Dogs
- 2 cans (14.75 oz. each) cream-style corn
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 3 OSCAR MAYER Wieners, chopped
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- saltine crackers
- Blend corn, broth and ground red pepper in blender until smooth.
- Cook bell peppers and wieners in large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min.
- or until peppers are crisp-tender.
- Add corn mixture; mix well.
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
- Top with cheese.
- Serve with crackers.
