Chicken Fajita Pizza
- 2 teaspoons cooking oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 small red onion, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 (10 ounce) can refried beans
- 10 ounces roll refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 -1 12 cup picante sauce (I use hot but you can use whichever you like best)
- 1 cup four-cheese Mexican blend cheese
- sliced jalapeno (As many as you like)

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

- In a large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat; cook chicken until no longer pink.
- Remove from skillet.
- Add pepper and onion to skillet; cook about 5 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from skillet; set aside.

- Unroll the pizza dough onto a baking stone or a baking pan; pinch edges of dough with fingers to form a crust for the pizza.
- 4.
- Spread a thin layer of beans over the dough and add the picante sauce.
- Top with chicken and vegies; spinkle with cheese, and add jalapenos.
- Bake for 13 to 18 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
