Mom's Easy Chili
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans chili beans
- 1 -2 tablespoon cumin
- 3 -4 tablespoons chili powder
- Brown beef in skillet with onion.
- Drain off fat.
- In large pot, place tomato juice, chili beans and beef mixture.
- Simmer for at least 30 minutes, adding cumin and chili powder to taste.
