Thai Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Combine 3 Tbsp.
  2. shoyu, garlic and red pepper in shallow pan.
  3. Marinate the chicken 15 min.
  4. Combine peanut butter, 1 Tbsp.
  5. oil, brown sugar and remaining shoyu to make sauce.
  6. Stir fry chicken in 2 Tbsp.
  7. oil about 4 min till no longer pink.
  8. Add in onion and peppers.
  9. Stir fry till tender and crisp.
  10. Stir in cabbage and peanut sauce.
  11. Cover and reduce heat and simmer about 2 min or possibly till cabbage is tender.
