LuBella's Family Size Stromboli
- 1 large dough
- 2 packages mozzerella
- 3 stick sausage
- 1 packages pepperoni
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 pinch basil
- 1 pinch blk pepper
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion sliced
- Preheat oven to 500
- Roll out dough to needed length
- Lay out 1st layer of mozzerella then sausage,pepper,onion,pepperoni add 2nd layer of cheese
- Take right & left corners and fold to press and connect
- Begin to roll your dough closed by moving your hands side to side to keep dough evenly rolled to seal make sure seam is on bottom
- Place stromboli on a pizza screen and with a sharp knife slice openings across the top to allow inside to cook and place into oven.
- In 15 minutes turn to cook evenly
- Just before its done pull out of oven brush some olive oil and sprinkle some parmesan Cheese and put back in oven to toast for about 2 minutes
- Slice into portions serve with some tomato sauce and enjoy
