Walnut-Fruit Tart

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine nuts, 1/3 cup sugar, flour and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
  3. Bake 10 min.
  4. ; cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.
  6. Spread onto crust to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with fruit.
  7. Mix jam and water in microwaveable bowl.
  8. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec.
  9. or until jam is completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred; brush onto fruit.
  10. Refrigerate 1 hour before removing side of pan to serve.
