Walnut-Fruit Tart
- 2 cups chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, ground
- 2/3 cup sugar, divided
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 kiwis, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup each raspberries and sliced strawberries
- 2 Tbsp. apricot jam
- 1 tsp. water
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Combine nuts, 1/3 cup sugar, flour and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
- Bake 10 min.
- ; cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.
- Spread onto crust to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with fruit.
- Mix jam and water in microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec.
- or until jam is completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred; brush onto fruit.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before removing side of pan to serve.
