Best Moist Blueberry Muffins Recipe
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. blueberries
- Cream egg, lowfat milk, sugar.
- Add in oil, stir.
- Add in rest of ingredients.
- Stir to moisten.
- Add in blueberries.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins.
- Bake 400 degrees, 20-25 min.
- 12 muffins.
