Chicken Fricasse With Herb Dumplings Recipe

  1. Mix baking mix, salt, paprika, and pepper coat chicken.
  2. Brown in shortening in large skillet.
  3. Remove chicken; drain fat.
  4. Mix soup and lowfat milk in skillet.
  5. Add in chicken.
  6. Cover; heat to boiling.
  7. Cook over low heat about 45 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
  8. For herb dumplings prepare dumplings as directed on Bisquick box except add in parsley and poultry seasoning.
  9. Serves 4.
